Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must also be in the original packaging

To initiate a return, contact Support@dourovia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as customized products or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@dourovia.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us with a photo of the item and order details.
